Most people have heard the saying:
“There Is Light At The End of Every Tunnel.”
If you believe this, and it does take “believing,” then you’ll focus your attention on seeing this light.
You’ll look for its bright aura, and texture. You’ll start to feel its warmth.
Imagine yourself walking alongside others who also see the light. Remember, we are never alone in our darkness. Others hoping to find a way out of the blackness are there too.
Now…do an “as if” you are already in this light, and use its Energy to soothe and rejuvenate yourself. Ground yourself. And by all mean, KEEP MOVING!!!
Have faith that you can get to the other side. Put yourself in action mode.
Here’s another saying:
“Faith Without Works is Dead!”
Do you see anyone already there? Are they waiting to see you through? If so, they are your support.
If it were me, and it has been a time or two over the years, I get excited. I get happy. My feet really start moving. I’m going for it! I’m heading towards them. I may not even know who they are, but they are there for me. That’s all I need to know.
Can you remember a time when you used strategies to get you where you needed to be? We do use strategies!
Call them out…NOW would be a good time.
How sure were you [using these strategies] that you would get there?
That’s the spirit!
I’d love to hear about your experiences.
Always feel free to leave me no holds barred COMMENTS!!!
There are times when all looks dim and bleak, but if we look hard enough, there is always a way, no matter how tight that way may appear.
At that point in time when we are passing through hellish moments, we don’t stop to wallow in it and in self-pity. We have to keep moving.
Even if our will power is flagging, look to someone’s own to latch on to. There is absolutely no shame in leaning on someone’s shoulder momentarily while you catch your breath if need be. People are sent into our lives at some points in time for reasons such as this.
The only shame is in giving up because you have the fear of being judged or you are too proud. The persons judgement is not your problem.
Your problem is in staying focused and getting out of the miry bog in which you are stuck…
