The most well–known and versatile high power pose is nicknamed “The Wonder Woman” pose.
Stand tall with your chest out and your hands on your hips.
I also like the Up, Up, and Away pose.

Just to be clear: despite the nickname and the photos, the impact of these poses are just as relevant to men as they are to women.
Fake It ‘Til You Become It
We all know that our body language affects how people see us. Don’t We???
But does it also shape how we see ourselves?
In her TED Talk, “Your body language shapes who you are,” social psychologist Amy Cuddy discusses how our posture can affect hormone levels in the brain and change our feelings about ourselves.
That means that standing tall and proud-even when we don’t feel confident – can have a positive impact on how we’re perceived.
In my opinion, this should be equally relevant in our eyes; if not more so.
