Truth Moment Monday!

  1. I like this! The Number 3 is memorable. Most of us can remember and/or rattle off a list of three items at a moment’s notice. Seems fair and manageable enough. Thank you for the book reco and practical advice. I am always looking for non-system systems for being more productive. This might actually work for me, as I am easily distracted with too much more! I am especially intrigued by the Friday reflection piece.
Muchas gracias! 🙂 I’ll let you know how it goes!

  2. I usually do something similar (though I don’t focus exclusively on the number 3) but I had been slacking for a while. Coincidentally, I spent Sunday getting back on track and writing out my goals for the week. It has made me a million times more productive. I like that you also mention the Friday reflection. Super important for keeping up the momentum!

  3. To be sincere reading this through I figured how blank I am as to what I want to achieve this week. Not because I don’t have anything to do but because there is a lot that I’m failing to organize in a systematic order of 3. However I’m inspired by the working formula towards meeting one’s objective.

To be sincere it made me want to engage a mentor or an accountability partner that will take me through the first baby 3 steps week by week.

You certainly qualify to be that accountability partner

  4. This is wonderful and so true. I actually have a Gratitude Diary and each Sunday it asks “what are the three things you’d like to accomplish this week” and at the end it asks “how do you feel now you’ve achieved them”. I love the way it makes me focus.
