“Be the author of your life and write your story forward.”
Introducing Agile Results®
It’s a simple pattern system, for achieving spectacular results!
The Rule of Three
Each Monday offers you a fresh start to a new week.
It’s your opportunity to clearly define what a productive week achieving your desired list of scaled-down goals and outcomes can look like.
Ask yourself: “If this were Friday, what are the three most important results I’d want to have all done and dusted?”
Apply the Rule of 3 & you can avoid being overwhelmed and become mindful of your results.
This exercise will help you accomplish two things: Prioritize and Simplify your week!
Both are key to creating for you the successful results you want when crafting your daily, and weekly outcomes.
Ask yourself: What are the 3 most important things I want to accomplish this week?!
Write them down. Write them down. Write them down.
This is your opportunity to craft a compelling vision for your week.
Keep it flexible, and suited to your individual needs, wants, and desire for success.
Now, at the TOP of your list…
Write down 3 things that you really want to accomplish this week starting today.
These will be the goals that remind you what’s important throughout the week.
They will also be your tests for “yes I can” results.
Since it’s Monday, write down your 3 most anticipated Wins for Today.
Be sure to also write down your daily Wins and Outcomes for every day during this week.
These may not be the same as your weekly outcomes, but they are still very important.
Friday is your day to reflect on your outcomes.
You will instantly know how you improved in accomplishing your goals this week.
You will also know what you want to improve on starting a new week next Monday.
Using this pattern of 3 will help you…
Create a rhythm of results!!!
And…If you fall off the horse, you can easily get back on.
The goal of this every Monday process is to get clear on 3 things you can achieve this week that will make your best impact, and help you focus and prioritize throughout the week!
It’s about getting “on the stick” and completing what you can actually achieve this week, and what actually matters most to you!
There will never be a point in focusing on a bunch of things you won’t do.
What outcomes do you want to see yourself accomplish by Friday?
