Truth Moment Monday!

  1. Sparkyjen- sometimes I’m in free-fall with my wings of faith flapping furiously like a chicken dog-paddling in place, struggling not to sink. (It’s a long way down.) But then along comes a Sparkyjen blog – just do it, JUMP! Have (a little more) faith to (at least) take that next mindful step (a leap may take awhile!) Thank you for sparking me on! πŸ•ŠπŸ€—πŸ•ŠπŸ™πŸŒŸπŸŒΉπŸŒŸ

  2. I remember a CD by Wayne Dyer saying” Just do something.” Anything. However small, it will be something. That will build your confidence to take the next step. I feel happy that I am getting out and travelling to parks and taking photos, meeting people and communing with nature. Now I need to get off the computer. Have a great day!

  3. I hope you’re well Jen – I’m ‘off blog’ at the moment but if I can take another ‘leap of faith’ then I’ll be back ‘on blog’ soon… Yes – I’ve done it before and I can do it again to get myself out of a ‘rut’… Just the reminder I needed to hear! xx

    1. Happy Tuesday Wendy. β€˜Off blog’ or on, I imagine you’re keeping it real. That’s the wonderful thing about being a talented individual. Even getting into a β€˜rut’ has possibilities.

I suspect your next leap of faith will be something special. Though you are surely missed, hurry along at your own pace. You have & deserve our sincere understanding. A mindful process takes time to execute!😊

      1. That’s so lovely Jen and thank you so much for your understanding which is very much appreciated… and yes… I’m in the early planning stage of pushing myself out of my rut and it will be ‘life changing’…. xxx

  4. I just did something I was scared of doing – I babysat my 20 months old granddaughter for 10 days when my daughter and SIL went on vacation. I was so scared when I first accepted the assignment, thought of all the things could go wrong… but didn’t want them to know I was scared.
Well, I did it. It wasn’t as scary as I thought. πŸ™‚
