While we may not be ready now, predicting what our future will never hold is counter-productive.
Can we honestly say never, and really mean it long-term? What we will do later today, or down the road in the future?
When was the last time your crystal ball left you hanging?
I don’t know about you, but I don’t like breaking hastily made promises to myself, or made to my friends or family.
Let’s not allow our current fear of probable futures unknown keep us from experiencing our lives to the fullest.
We never know when we will become emotionally invested in a new way of being.
Our perspectives could change, and promises of “never” now could mean depriving ourselves of brighter futures later.
Why burn bridges we have never crossed yet?
Hopefully, when we are ready for such possible changes, we will consider the opportunity right for us in that moment.
Why slam doors we’ve never allowed to open?
